So this page is the map. It shows you what working with me actually looks like, end to end, before you commit to any part of it. Most people do not need all of it — and I would rather you knew the shape of the thing than found out one step at a time.

The whole path

Free

The assessment

About five minutes. Questions about what has happened, not about how you rate yourself.

Free

Your read

A score on each of the three, and the one that is holding the other two up.

Free

Talk it through

Ask Coach Nick about your result, in your own words, for as long as you want.

Paid

A strategy session

A hundred minutes, just the two of us, on your situation. You can skip straight here if you want to.

Six months

Coaching

Only if it is the right thing, and only after we have both had a proper look.

Nothing here commits you to the next thing. Three of the five steps cost nothing, and plenty of people take those three and go no further — which is a perfectly good outcome.

Where to begin, depending on where you are

“I know something is off, I just cannot name it.”

Then start with the assessment. It will tell you which of the three is actually the problem, and it is usually not the one people expect.

Start the assessment

“I want to ask you something first.”

Then ask. Coach Nick is trained on how I actually coach, and he will tell you honestly when something is outside what he knows.

Ask Nikhil

“I know what I need. I want to talk to you.”

Then skip the rest and book a strategy session. A hundred minutes on your situation, no assessment required first. You pick your time right after checkout.

Book a session

And if it does go all the way, this is what six months looks like

It is not advice sessions. Most of the work happens between us, in conversations you have with the people you work with. My job is to get you ready for those and to help you read what comes back.

Get Clear

We pick one thing, and we check it with the people who decide before going further. The goal is yours. It has to be, or nothing sticks.

Get Candid

You go and ask them, including the one you would rather avoid. The plan comes from what they tell you, versus from what you or I think it should be.

Get Credited

You go back each month, say what you did, and ask again. That cadence is the part almost nobody keeps up, and it is the part that moves how you are seen.

And you will not have to take my word for whether it worked. At the start and again at the end, the people you work with answer a short set of questions about whether you have changed. They answer, not you. The difference between those two sets of answers is the result.

Most people should start at the first step.

About five minutes. A score on each of the three, and the one to begin with. No cost, and no call booked at the end of it.
