A hundred minutes, just the two of us, on your situation. This is the fast way in. If you already know what you want to talk about, you do not need to take the assessment first or wait for anything to arrive in your inbox.

What to expect

I would rather you knew what you were buying than found out afterwards. So the rest of this page sets out what we do in the hundred minutes, what you leave with, and who I cannot take on.

If it does not sound like the right thing, the assessment is free and is usually the better first move.

What we do in the hundred minutes

You tell me what has been happening. I ask a lot of questions, because I have learned the hard way that moving to solutions before I understand what matters to you is the fastest way to be unhelpful.

Then we work out where the gap actually sits — between what you are doing, and what the people who decide are seeing. Those are two different things, and the distance between them is usually the whole story.

What you leave with

One thing to work on, the names of the people whose view of it matters, and the exact words to use when you go and ask them. Take everything I give you as a draft — I would rather you changed every word of it and made it yours.

Before you book, one honest thing

The assessment is free and it takes about five minutes, and for most people it is the better first move — not because I am trying to save you money, but because the time goes further when we both already know which of the three is the problem.

Book the session if you would rather just talk, or if you have something specific and time-bound in front of you. Both are fine. I would just rather you chose on purpose versus by accident.

If it turns into something longer

Some sessions end with a plan you go away and run yourself, and that is a good outcome. Some end with both of us thinking six months of proper coaching is the right thing. We would talk about that separately, and never in the time you paid for.

Who I cannot take on

Anyone whose employer would put me in a conflict with my own. If that is the case I will tell you before you pay for anything, not after.
